Carol Foster Papers
Carol Foster was a prima ballerina and soloist, born and raised in Denver, Colorado. Through high school, she danced in Denver Civic Ballet. After high school, Carol moved to New York City performing companies such as American Ballet Theatre and The Metropolitan Opera Ballet. This collection contains scrapbooks and costumes from Carol's time with Denver Civic Ballet.
Colorado Ballet Records
Colorado Ballet, located in Denver, Colorado is a regional dance company that was conceived as a ballet school founded in 1951, by Denver natives Freidann Parker and Lillian Covillo. To showcase their students, they established Colorado Concert Ballet in 1961.
Denver Ballet Guild Records
The Denver (Civic) Ballet Guild started in conjunction with the Denver Civic Ballet Guild in 1958. It continues today to support ballet and interest in ballet in Denver. This collection contains board materials, materials on/from programs and events, President's notebooks, material ephemera, and posters from the Denver Ballet Guild.

The Denver Civic Ballet was a semi-professional company consisting of local dancers that performed in Colorado from 1958 to 1979. This collection contains photographs, clippings, slides, programs, and other papers related to the Denver Civic Ballet.
Henry Miles Collection
This collection contains (10) framed ballet prints donated by Henry Miles. Henry Miles was a dance professor at the Colorado State University and performed in ballets across Colorado.
Janine Gastineau Papers
This collection contains the personal papers of Janine Gastineau, a dance critic. The collection in large part is made up of newspaper clippings of articles written by Gastineau and informational packets on various dance troupes and companies. Also included in the collection is research performed by Gastineau and her co-author Frank Ferguson for a book on Vera-Ellen, a famous musical actress from the 1950s. This book was apparently never completed.
Kathleen Hill Papers
This collection contains choreography notes, programs, materials from various workshops and performances attended by Kathleen (Kathy) Hill, photos of Hill Academy of Dance and Dramatics (HADD) performances, dance related newspaper and magazine articles, personal correspondence, HADD board meeting notes, and scrapbooks.
